1# Apple, Minced
1# Yellow onion, minced
2oz Ginger, minced
1c Rice Vinegar
Place all ingredients in a medium pot. Turn heat on medium-low and stir frequently. Cook down until the mixture is thick and then finish with 8oz butter, then place in an ice bath, then place in delis.

Soy Sauce GF 3 C.
Water ½ C.
Black Vinegar ½ C.
Sugar ¼ C.
Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
